So what can home shoppers find on the inside of the real estate for sale in Starwood? This is a tricky question considering that construction on the first Starwood houses started in the late 1990s. This means that some of the properties in Starwood will definitely need a makeover and updating. The newer built homes will most likely be up to today's popular building trends with only small things needed like - new paint, fresh landscaping, etc. However, when talking about the real estate built in the late 1990s, buyers should be aware that while Starwood is definitely considered a luxury neighborhood, the older houses will most likely need the updating mentioned above.
What type of updating might be required? The Starwood houses built in the late 1990s will most likely require updating to the flooring; kitchens (cabinetry, counters, appliances, etc.); bathrooms, especially the master bathrooms where the higher price point of Starwood homes will definitely allow buyers to really make the master bathrooms a true retreat with soaking tubs, new fixtures, new lighting, stone counters, dual shower heads and more. Bottom line is that if you are looking at properties for sale in Frisco's Starwood, you may want to budget for some updating. The equity in the homes is there for you to really update the real estate to your desire without having to worry about losing return value when you sell.
