Boundaries for the Starwood neighborhood are loosely defined as Stonebrook Parkway to the north, Lebanon Road to the south, Legacy Drive to the west and the North Dallas Tollway to the east. The main entrance to the Starwood subdivision is located off Lebanon Road by turning north onto Starwood Drive.
Once you enter the neighborhood, all guests will have to register with the security guards at the front of the community. Starwood is guarded and patrolled 24 hours per day by private security.
Homeowner association dues are mandatory in Starwood and are paid on a quarterly basis. The amenities in Starwood include community pool, fitness center, and, of course, the 24-hour security of the neighborhood.
The Frisco neighborhood of Starwood is close to excellent shopping with Stonebriar Centre approximately a mile and a half southwest and a village of shops and restaurants just across Lebanon Road.
