The boundaries of the neighborhood are generally defined as Lebanon Road to the south, Legacy Drive to the east, and 4th Army Drive to the west. Stonebrook Parkway splits the north and south phases of the Edgestone at Legacy subdivision. The south phase is the first phase of construction.
The real estate in Edgestone at Legacy was built starting around 2017. The properties for sale in the area are zoned to the Frisco ISD with children assigned to the following schools: Allen Elementary, Hunt Middle School and Frisco High School.
The houses in Edgestone at Legacy will sit on a total of approximately 311 acres west of the North Dallas Tollway.
