Properties for sale in Frisco offer buyers new construction real estate to listings that were constructed almost a century ago. The older Frisco houses will be found around the main area of the original city near "downtown," which is located near Toyota Stadium where FC Dallas plays. One can see original Frisco by taking Main Street west from the North Dallas Tollway about a mile.
Along Main Street, buyers will see the homes of original Frisco which have now been turned into commercial structures and restaurants. However, directly behind Main Street, on both the north and south, original Frisco real estate of the early 1900s still exists and still contains the original period designs and architecture.
Styles of Houses for Sale in Frisco
The newer construction houses for sale will generally be priced higher per square foot than a pre-owned home. However, many of the mid-priced listings will feature some European styling with traditional brick with stone veneer elevations which will give buyers a sense of architectural and design enhancements.
There are also a few Frisco condos and Frisco townhomes available to those wanting that style of living.
