The neighborhood's location gives residents excellent access to Bluffview, Caruth Hills, Devonshire, downtown Dallas, Northpark Mall, North Dallas, Midway Hollow, Northwest Dallas, Oak Lawn, the Park Cities, SMU, State Thomas, Turtle Creek, Uptown, Victory Park and West Village. The area also allows the residents terrific proximity to the American Airlines Center where the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks play their home games, in addition to concerts, the circus, entertainment and more.
