The floor plans offered by Chesmar in their Buffalo Creek development includes the San Marino, Vienna II, Valletta, Sophia II, Athens. The new construction in Buffalo Creek is described as being a part of a wonderful development including a nature preserve, great proximity to downtown Dallas and featuring a spectacular neighborhood golf course.
McCrummen Estates - These properties are being built by Dunhill as the primary builder. Dunhill is offering five floor plans in the McCrummen Estates development and buyers may choose between one and two stories. The community is describing itself as having a proposed 27 hole championship golf course, private country club and acres of lakefront property. Each builder of these new homes in the Golf & Yacht development will offer a variety of amenities to buyers, separate floor plans from the other builders and different models with upgrades. The larger and more expensive floor plans by Dunhill in the Heath Golf & Yacht subdivision will give buyers extras like media rooms, game rooms and more.
Rendition is now selling in the Heath Golf & Yacht subdivision with several spec designs already constructed and listing in the $413,000 to $418,000 range on the spec properties.
