Standard Pacific is involved with both the Provence Series and the Bordeaux Series.  A gated community in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, starting prices on Standard Pacific Provence Series start from $504,990 – $675,458 with the Provence series being the less expensive of the two.  The Provence Series offers buyers eight floor plans on both one and two stories with square footage between approximately 2700 square feet and 4000 square feet.  Plans range from three to five bedrooms and the larger plans offer upgrades and amenities like game rooms and media rooms as well as stone and brick exterior elevations and chef inspired kitchens.    The more expensive Bordeaux Series offers buyers eight different floor plans which range in starting price from $654,990 – $939,454.  The square footage on the Bordeaux Series homes range from 3000 square feet to approximately 5100 square feet with up to five bedrooms.  These properties also allow buyers to choose one or two story plans with amenities and upgrades like chef kitchens, high end stainless appliances, upgraded granite, upgraded flooring, media rooms and game rooms.  Some of the plans also offer three car garages.  The less expensive and smaller plans are the ones built on a single story.

Parks & Recreation

The Dallas Morning News did a wonderful article about how Colleyville residents are some of the healthiest in DFW and active residents can enjoy several parks and recreational opportunities such as:

Bransford Park - This two-acre park is home to the Bransford historic marker, Lyman Whitaker wind sculptures, and the historic Webb House. This house was constructed in 1914 by John Reuben Webb, who needed to replace his family's home due to a fire. Typical of its time, it features a one-and-one half story T-plan design, and a pair of central doors that are flanked by double-hung windows. Tours of this property can be arranged.

City Park - City Park covers forty acres and offers an amphitheater, pond, one-mile multi-use trail, tennis courts, and baseball and softball fields.

McPherson Park - This park has plenty to see and do including a splashpad, tree farm, hiking and biking trails, demonstration gardens, and the Rock House. There is also the former Dunn/Tirk log barn that was built in the late 1800s. It's one of the few log structures left standing in Tarrant County, and it allows visitors to raise the shutter openings on both sides of the barn's two main pens.

Cotton Belt Trail - The Cotton Belt Trail follows the former St. Louis Railway which was nicknamed the Cotton Belt Line. It currently connects the cities of Colleyville, Hurst, and North Richland Hills, and residents will find that Colleyville's  section of the trail begins at the Colleyville, Hurst city limits and is 2.75 miles in length.
