Bryan Place - Constructed in the early 1980's, Bryan Place homes in Dallas are east of Central Expressway near Baylor Hospital.  In fact, the original thought to the area was to provide housing for doctors, nurses and employees working at the nearby hospital.  The original construction on these homes in Dallas was townhomes, but builders have since built condos and lofts.  One of the more popular condo buildings within Bryan Place is the lofts for sale at 3030 Bryan.  Buyers of Dallas homes in Bryan Place can expect to pay somewhere between approximately mide $100,000's to near $600,000.

Caruth Hills - Located on the edge of University Park, these Dallas homes in Caruth Hills get the benefits of zoning to the Highland Park ISD.  Some of the lower priced homes in Dallas Caruth Hills area are zoned to the Dallas Independent School District.  However, most buyers choose this area of Dallas because of the homes zoned to Highland Park ISD.  When looking at homes for sale in Caruth Hills, buyers can expect to pay over $1,000,000 for the properties which fall into the Highland Park schools.  With the price of $1,000,000 plus, these buyers will find homes over 4000 square feet.

The area of the Disney Streets tries hard to maintain its original character of the homes.  However, some new construction homes do exist in the area, but buyers will still mostly find those ranch and mid-century modern homes they are seeking.   Prices on these homes in Dallas run a buyer from approximately $500,000 to $800,000, with new construction pricing over $1,000,000.

Downtown Dallas - When buyers want Downtown Dallas homes, what they are mainly describing are condos for sale in Downtown Dallas.  Downtown will offer buyers some great selections of condos, townhomes and lofts.  Most condos and townhomes in Downtown will price from approximately $200,000 to $600,000.  However, some of the penthouse units in downtown buildings can run over $1,000,000.

Farmers Market - Yes, there are homes in Dallas which allow buyers to live right on the steps of the local Farmers Market.  What types of homes does this area of Dallas offer to buyers?  Farmers Market has been developed to offer condos and townhomes.  Some buyers love living in this location of the city which allows them to walk to the Farmers Market to pick up their groceries for the upcoming week, or to pick up fresh produce for this weekend's dinner party.  Part of the area considered to be downtown Dallas, Farmers Market is located on the eastern outskirts of downtown.  Prices on homes for sale in Dallas Farmers Market tend to range from approximately the high $300,000's to a bit over $600,000.

Forest Hills - Another area of homes in Dallas set near White Rock Lake.  More expensive than neighboring Casa Linda, the homes for sale in Dallas Forest Hills price from approximately $600,000 to $2,000,000.  Forest Hills has excellent proximity to White Rock Lake as the area is just across Garland Road on the south side of the Lake.  Forest Hills real estate also offers buyers great proximity to downtown Dallas and Love Field Airport.

Greenland Hills - The original section now known as Dallas' M Streets, the homes for sale in Dallas Greenland Hills are protected as a conservation district.  Dating as far back as almost a century, these properties offer buyers an excellent opportunity to purchase an original piece of Dallas.  The homes in Greenland Hills are mostly of Tudor and Craftsman Style which are styles of homes a lot of buyers still desire.
